D'mitri Riggs

Scouting Report: A strong and athletic guard with a very good feel for the game.  Riggs has great skills and has a knack for scoring the ball.  He is good at getting to the rim and creating for others and plays above the rim.  He is very good when his outside shot is on though it is a bit inconsistent.  When applying himself, D'mitri is one of the state's top defenders.
