Scouting Report: A smooth guard with a yo-yo type handle. Kinney is capable of running the point, as he is adapt to pushing the ball up the floor, but is also able to slide over to the off-guard position due to the fact that he's an outstanding outside shooter and scorer. James also rebounds well for his position, is strong, and plays hard on the defensive end.
