Scouting Report: An athletic wing and great competitor!  Hare is a strong rebounder and is great penetrating to the basket and finishing.  He is a hard-nosed player on both ends of the floor and always exerts his best effort.  With improved ball handling and shooting, he has proven that he has the ability to play the shooting guuard at the collegiate level.
