Richmond (IL) Burton

An intelligent guard with good perimeter skills.  Johnstin shoots the ball effortlessly.  He has a good form on his shot with a quick release.  Along with being a good shooter, he sees the floor well.  He always scans the court for the best play.  Defensively, Brad likes to put pressure on his opponent.

Jimmy Larkin

Chicago (IL) St. Patrick

A good shooter with excellent form and ball rotation on his shot.  Larkin is a hustler on the floor.  He has good court awareness and is a good post-entry passer.  He is also solid defensively.

Warren Moore

WG

2009

Normal (IL) Community West

A strong and athletic guard that gets to the lane well.  Moore has a quick first step allowing him to get to the basket.  He is good at finishing at the rim with either hand.  He handles the ball well and showed signs of being a decent shooter.  Warren is good defensively and rebounds very well for his position.

Ernest Nunn

PG

2007

Chicago (IL) Harlan

A quick guard with good ball handling and passing skills.  Nunn gets to the basket well and also possesses three point range.  He has a nice touch from the outside.

Lonnell Reeves

G

5'11"

165

2007

Springfield (IL) H.S.

A strong guard that asserts himself well on the court.  Lonnell has a nice, consistent stroke that extends to three point range.  He does a good job of creating space for his shot off the dribble and utilizes a nice stutter step penetration move when driving.

Brandon Smith

PG

5'10"

130

2009

Chicago (IL) Simeon

A quick guard with traditional point guard skills.  Smith likes to find his way to the center of the court and pull up for the midrange jumper, which is pretty consistent.  He has a chance to become a solid high school point guard in a couple of years.

David Smith

PG

5'10"

170

2009

Colleyville (IL) Heritage

Very strong guard with a solid build.  Smith is a good shooter and gets to the basket well.  He uses his body strength to his advantage and finishes well around the rim.  David understands the importance of floor spacing and has a strong basketball IQ.  Additionally, he is very aggressive defensively.  A very solid prospect who moved to Texas from the Peoria area.

Will Smith

PG

5'10"

150

2009

Champaign (IL) Centennial

Gives it his all 100% of the time.  Smith is a true hustler.  He is a guard that loves to run and get out on the break.  Will also showed his ability to penetrate to the basket.

William Whitner

WG

6'1"

175

2007

Springfield (IL) H.S.

A strong guard with good court vision.  Whitner sees the floor better than a lot of point guards.  He is good at throwing slick passes but needs to learn not to thread the needle as much.  He didn’t really show much of a scoring game but rebounded well for his position.
