Riggs has basketball in his bloodlines. His father and grandfather were both all-staters, one of his uncle played at Drake and another for the Washington Bullets, two of his cousins are currently Division I players, and his brother D'mitri Riggs is a high major prospect.

Scouting Report: A long, linky guard that is good at getting to the midrange area and pulling up. Riggs is an off-guard with a scoring mentality. He is good at pulling up at both elbows and is also a capable three point threat, though his shot will need to gain consistency. He is continually getting stronger and progressing his skills.
