Scouting Report: He may be small but he's a big timer on the hardwood.  Kinney is quick, skilled, and can score the ball.  He plays with a chip on his shoulder and shoots it well from the 3 and the midrange area.  His skill and energy level are helping him to make a name for himself without the use of his brother's reputation.  A true talent.
