Scouting Report: True point guard with solid ball handling skills and great playmaking abilities. Dillard is an above average passer that gets to his defenders hip well, in one step, allowing him to get to the basket and create for others. He makes everyone around him better! Kevin's capable of hitting the perimeter shot but needs to take it a little more often as some see it as a weakness.
