Scouting Report: A solid guard with a lot of determination. Not many kids today go as hard as Shipp. He's consistently plays all out everytime he steps on to the floor. In addition to his hustle, he is a solid ball handler and scorer. He gets to the bucket well and is also capable of hitting the outside shot. Reggie also rebounds well for his position. The best asset to his game is his defensive pressure.
