Scouting Report: A hard nosed guards that gives a great effort everytime he steps on the floor. Hightower has a good handle and gets to the basket well. He's a lefty that can shoot with either hand, extending out past 15 feet. On the defensive end, Justin is very solid as well.

Made a national name for himself at the 2006 AAU Nationals as he almost led his AAU team past O.J. Mayo and the D-1 Greyounds.
