Scouting Report: Very athletic forward. Hobbie has a forty plus inch vertical leap and it shows on the floor. He loves to get many highlight dunks throughout the course of a game. His touch on his jumpshot is very good as he is a solid shooter from beyond the arch and he rebounds and blocks shots well. Eric will need to improve his ball handling and lateral quickness if he'd like to play small forward at the next level, which would be in his best interest.
Additional Notes:
Hobbie was an all-state selection as a sophomore and junior. As a junior, he won the IHSA King of the Hill Slam Dunk Contest.
