Wilson To Quincy

Former Chicago Hales Franciscan star, Jeffrey Wilson, has decided to transfer from Eastern Arizona College to Quincy University.

As a senior in 2005, Wilson averaged 12.3 ppg, 8.3 rpg, and 1.3 bpg to help boost Hales to a 30-4 record and a 2005 Class A state title.  He was an IBCA third-team all-state selection and a Chicago Sun-Times fourth team selection.  Last season at the junior college ranks, Jeff posted 9.8 ppg, 7.4 rpg, and 1.1 bpg while shooting 52 percent from the field.

Wilson will join former high school teammate, Austin Chapital, in the frontline for the Hawks who are currently rated 10th in the nation for NCAA Division II colleges.  He will be eligible to play in the 2007-2008 season.
