MidStateHoops.com :: Rompza's Recruitment Quiet But Still Live

Coming into high school A.J. Rompza was a name you heard a lot of. The 5'8" Chicago Whitney Young product will be a four year varsity team member and a three year starter. However, there has not been much mention of A.J. and his recruitment of late. MidStateHoops.com brings you an exlcusive update on his recruitment.

Though Rompza has kept his recruitment to quiet, there has been plenty of schools contacting the sharpshooter.

"Penn State, Howard, UC Santa Barbara, Eastern Illinois, Arkansas-Little Rock, Illinois State, and Drake..." replied A.J. when asked what schools have been in contact with him. He also exclaimed that Penn State and Howard are very close to offering.

When asked if there where any favorites, Rompza stated "UC Santa Barbara is really high on my list of where I want to go. In August I'm going out there with Marcus (Jordan) and his dad for their camp and I will visit the campus then."

A.J. competes on the AAU circuit with Chicago Ferrari.
