Joseph Bertrand of Sterling, has just received an offer from Iowa. Bertrand attended Iowa's Sunday game against Wisconsin and at the time received the offer. Bertrand is the fastest rising prospect in the state and continues to garner high major attention. Just a little over two weeks ago MSH was the first to report that he received an offer from Wisconsin during a trip to their Wisconsin/Ohio State game.
